What's your most embarassing moment lately?

What have you done lately that you can L.o.l. over but at the same time it's embarrassing ? I have recently gone to a 2nd hand store and thought I was doing good with my weight because the pants I got were a size smaller than I usually wear!    When I got home and read the tag carefully I realized they were actually maternity pants!    The word maternity was so small I could barely read it!

I am going to cook something and I stand there watching the pot and I forgot to turn on the burner

Setting up my espresso maker and forgetting to plug it in.  My brother and I enjoy our espresso in the morning but as he said "we'll never get to drink it if you don't plug it in"!!

I went to the store and forgot my password to my cash cash card, mind fart.

Nothing to much, yesterday I was at the grocery store walking towards a group of 2 older ladies and an older gentleman talking, he kept looking at me, once I got close enough, he said not sure what that is, but something is stuck to your foot.

I  had walked by a stocker who tossed a piece of sticky paper on the floor and was trailing brown paper, thank goodness it wasnt toilet paper!!!

I pulled the paper off, and laughed and said that to the man, and he laughed too, I thanked him and went on my way

I had a man call me, I vaguely know his wife.  I thought he was calling for her, to make an appointment for her, since he has before.  He said some stuff but my hearing isn't the best.  So finally I asked him if he was calling to make an appointment for his wife.  He said "no....(pause) he said he was saying AGAIN, he was calling because she had passed".

Needless to say....that was just BAD.

Turned around after loading the back of my suv with groceries and walked smack into the back corner with my face.  Not hurt, just felt real real clumsy.  Guy in the next car got a good laugh!

Recently just on Christmas day, I went to a nursing home to receive and take someone who had passed away without knowing why the nurses were giggling and laughing without saying anything. After the delivery, I went back to where we had our get together with the extended family at the church and my son came whispering to me that my fly was wide open. Hoy, the good thing was that the family of the deceased was not present at the nursing home! True story!
