cashout support.....no i dont remenber how to start a support ticket

Over 6 months ago, I was to get my first cashout in May, and it got lost in the Mail..Havent got it, Hope I am getting it soon..  as  it has been over 6 months .2nd payout: I got direct deposit, but getting a new  checking  account and now back to the checks.
God I hope they both come!
 Send Earnings  and the loan I took around that time from my 401k had no trouble making thru the mail. .only these checks.  Perhaps the post man steals. .they do in some counties.

Sure hope you get what's due to you.  When you cash out using the "check" method with FC, they normally send an email with "tracking" information so you can see where your check is at.  Six months is an awfully long time to be waiting for a check.  You should have had that check a long time ago.  If you're looking for the link to send in a Support Ticket, here it is:
