International Offer Sites?

I have made a lot of friends over the years internationally. When i first found this site and how great and easy it was i told all my friends about it and found out that they could not join if they were not in the USA. Does anyone know of any sites that have offers like this but available worldwide?

They asked for a site that allow international members.  I didn't specify whether it was better than FC or not.

yeah im not denying that at all. I just looking for something my friends can do that cant do fusion cash.

BTW if we don't allow PMs, we wouldn't allow you to post your email address to get around that either.
