How many of you guys go shopping on black friday?what kind of deals if any do you find? Do you feel scared or in danger when they open the doors with all those people running an pushing to get in?

I avoid black Friday shopping for this very reason. A human life is more precious than saving a few dollars.

We want to find some Ipad for my dad birthday, but if have to go on for all this trouble, we just buy something later on it find too.

Fortunately, I exercise really early in the morning, so I hit the stores that are 5 minutes away.. at 6:30am.

Last year it was kind of fun.  I wanted to go to Cost Plus World Market to get some Christmas Cards that they had for sale.  Many stores had give-aways to the first people through, many stores had free coffee and food.   The cards at CPWMarket were not as pictured in the ad, so I wound up not getting anything there.  I did pick up a couple nice deals at Target.  There was no crowds that early... well not the massive amounts, no waiting in any checkout line.  Those crazy crowds I think are the stroke of midnight people.

You can check the black Friday ads all over the internet.  There is at least one site that just tells you the best deals for black Friday.  blackfriday.com     There isn't anything I'm looking for this year. But if I see a 42" smart tv for super cheap... maybe.

Hello! I never went shopping during Black Friday! Too many people wanting the same thing as you! Longer lines then usual. It's too crazy for me! After a big meal. I just want to relax and think about what I'm thankful for . Not to be fighting for the best deals. Just not my style!

I have never gone shopping on a Black Friday due to some of the stories about people getting violent and fighting over certain items.

I have no desire to go shopping in the stores on Black Friday.  I don't like shopping on a normal day, so going when the crowds are a bit "crazy" is nothing I want to experience.

I won't shop on Black Friday. I've seen videos, and don't want to deal those large crowds of people racing into stores and sometimes fighting.

I worked Black Friday so I did not go shopping.

The only thing I've ever gotten on Black Friday was a cellphone online a few years ago.  I ended up getting the phone for like $20 and got 2 or 3 months of completely free service.  I think the next thing I'll get is a couple of flat screens, but I'm not in a hurry; it can wait.

I usually go and find pretty good deals. My husband got a leather jacket he had been wanting for super cheap. Originally like 170 and he got it for 50. I get great deals on clothes and household items.
