What kind of this beverage do you like? In my past I enjoyed Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Coke, Pepsi.

I wish I could drink sodas, but it's just too rough on my stomach. I've given up iced tea, coffee, and soda, so the only thing I drink now (and since this January) is water. I have an undiagnosed stomach condition I've been dealing with for years and years and years, so I have to be careful with certain things. When I could drink soda, I loved classic Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper.  :) Pepsi Vanilla back in the day, too!

I keep soda as a "treat".  On a official holiday, usually I prefer having a Coke instead of a dessert.  (It has nothing to do with sugar content, calories or diet....a Coke is just my preference.)

It doesn't happen that often but if I'm feeling nauseous or have a sinus infection or migraine....a Coke is my choice over food.  (I KNOW Coke/soda isn't healthy but....for some reason, it's what makes me feel better during those times.)

And of course once during the hot summer, HAVE to have a frosty mug of A&W Root Beer and enjoy a Pepsi float!!

I'm sorry I missed National Carbonated Beverage Day....I would have enjoyed having the extra excuse to have a Coke.   :D
