sinus congestion
« on: November 16, 2015, 07:11:34 am »
from a cold can be miserable. A neighbor may have a cold, then you get it.
an employee at a store or restaurant or other place of business may have a cold and come to work anyway because "they can't afford not to work" or they are afraid of being fired.
I did some research and found something "better and neater than the neti pot". It begins with "nav" that should help in your google or bing or whatever search engine you use.
next time, I won't have to go  through the process; I'll clear up immediately. I do my utmost to take care of my health.

oh well --- stuff happens.

never fails if one person gets it then everyone in that circle gets it --and i find the flu shot is useless --i fight my own immune system anyways so i dont ever get a flu shot anymore--i hope everyone can stay healthy and not get sick this winter

It's easier to find if you search for navage, but a little spendy if you count the packets it takes.

I'll check it out. The kids are always bringing me colds from school!

If I find myself dealing with that situation I increase my Vitamin C.  It's an opportunity to clear excess congestion out of your respiratory system.

Another way that I choose to help myself is by taking cayenne capsules.  Cayenne is also a great source of vitamin C along with other important nutrients.

Have a great day!
