I would have to say yellow mustard is my favorite, although I do like brown spicy mustard too.  If I had to choose it would definitely be yellow mustard.

I like different kinds of mustard and use them for different foods. A couple favorites are plain yellow mustard and dijon mustard.

They are both good. The spicy kind mixed with honey makes a really good honey mustard.

The only way I like mustard is mixed in something to where I cannot taste it, I can't stand plain mustard at all.
