I wish we were like AZ. They never change their clocks.  It gets dark earlier and throws me off all of the time. I always think it is later then what it is. It takes about 2 months for my body clock to adjust as I never use an alarm And have always been up earl.  Oh our congress  must need the earlier morning sunlight to get started when they get started.
