Allergy and sinus problems

i havent had a problem yet this year thank goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bad sinus and very dry skin during this season.

I take over the counter meds sometimes, drink a lot of tea with lemon and honey some seasons are worst then others, but at least I do not need to take prescription medication, I use a steam inhaler with vicks sometime and that helps.
