swimming is a good form of exercise.
there are exercises in water aerobics classes [you can do them yourself; just keep them in your mind]
when it gets cool, people go indoors to exercise.
some pay hundreds of dollars for exercise equipment.

I agree swimming is a great form of exercise I just don't get around to doing it. I like bike riding when it is nice also.

Try to do bike cardio everyday. Also commuting to the train, I just walk there instead of wasting gas and parking money

I think I get enough exercise at work!  Up and down halls; up and down stairs....etc

Exercise is very good for you; even helps with depression.  I had been walking on my treadmill for 30 mins a day a little while back.  I had been walking about 2-3 weeks when I got sick and had to quit.  I plan to get back to it Monday after 2 weeks  but it sure is hard to start again once I've been off for a while.

The rec center usually have water exerises and they don't cost that much. I would love to look into it next summer.

I love Leslie Sansone's workouts. :D Also love Kelly Coffey-Meyer, Jari Love, Jessica Smith, Chris Freytag. Tough, but doable and effective. I feel good about myself.

I am stuck in a rut at the moment (in terms of exercise). I am currently experiencing a weight-loss plateau. This, coupled with the limited amount of time that I have to exercise (as a result of work and school), leaves me extremely frustrated in not being able to reach my weight-loss objectives. However, swimming does not seem to be a bad idea. I have always wanted to try it; I just need to find the right social support system.

You really need to get the body gym I feel so energized afterwards. I like the DVD it comes with as well. you wont be sorry, but if you decide to purchase get it off QVC hun because amazon charges twice as much. And Marie mentions that you wont find it in stores.

Swimming is such wonderful exercise because it moves the whole body. I like to jog myself. I try to jog at least 10 miles a week which isn't a whole lot, I know, but it keeps me in good condition. High school kids on running teams run that amount in a day, not a week.

I always advocate for exercise. I'm rather young right now, but I want to set my body up for success in the future.
