First black Hunk Du Jour?
« on: October 15, 2015, 08:36:10 pm »
Today I was doing the paid to click and I went to the Hunk Du Jour. :D ;) I was pleasantly surprise to see an African American. :o ;) Is it me or is it usually Caucasians you see on the female and male? I remember seeing one other black female. Before you blow your whistle I'm not prejudice. This is not a racist issue. Just wanted to hear others opinion on this. My question is do you think fusion cash should represent more ranges of different races? Or you don't really care it's free money! :D ???

How do you know he is African-American?  What if he was British.... how can you tell what nationality he by the color of his skin.... just saying.

I rarely if ever look at the hulk section, but now I think I should :P  I forget about it.
I think it is an outside company that provides those pictures on pay-to-click.  If I remember correctly the pictures were just average looking.... just fit people.

Are you talking about the so-called sexy shirtless men and the women in bikinis? The supposed daily eye-candy?...I used to click on them just to get credit, but I don't anymore. I would either laugh or scrunch up my face ("Ew, yuck!"), because 99% of the time they aren't attractive, lol...They need to let me choose the people.

Me too, just click by quickly for the page credit.  I am getting tired of the comic lately being for a week instead of  changing daily.

I was also amazed that the Hunk of the Day was a person of color.  Be he British, African, Cuban, Puerto Rican, biracial or whatever, it was good to see a person of color on the Hunk of the Day.  This was also the first person of color I had seen on the Hunk of the Day.  Hopefully we will see more in the future.   ;)

Everyone has different tastes. I find most of the men on there attractive. Things like that tend to appeal to conventional standards of beauty. Not everyone is going to agree that any one person is attractive.

I would like to see more of a variety of looks on there. I don't want to see the same type of man on there every day like I don't want to keep seeing similar comics or the entertainment section about the same people

I don't really pay any attention to the "hunks" myself!  Not when I have a real man at home!

Hello there! :D  You are absolutely correct. Now days You can't really tell what nationality someone is just by looking at them. With all the mixing that is being done. But I wasn't talking about his nationality. I was talking about his race. He appeared to be of African American decent. ??? :dontknow:

Yeah the pictures are from a different website. They are just advertising their website through fusion cash.
Yup fusion cash has no control of what picture they show! 8) :)

Hello there! :D  Yeah me to! I don't really care the race of the guy or girl. I just happened to notice this picture was a bit different from the norm. :in-love: I wanted to know everyone's opinion on the matter. I myself don't see color. We all are equal! :peace:  :in-love:

Hello! :D  I agree! Just clicking for credit! However if one catches my eye I wont turn away and blush! :in-love: ;)
Yeah the comic is getting boring. The image stays the same for days. :BangHead: I'm not complaining it is free easy
money. It would be nice if the picture change more often though. In my early days it seem the
comic change more often. Hopefully the comic section will get better! :)

See, that is just it, African-American is not a race. America is their citizenship; African is their ancestry. There is no country or continent that is named Africa America. The hyphenation of African-American is a pc term to denote Americans who are directly descended from slaves, those who can no longer trace where their families originated in Africa.   BTW, I was told this by the department head of Africa American Studies professor in college, & that the correct way to classify African-American would be an American of African descent. Even making the assumption that a black person is from Africa, one would need to assume they are an American citizen as well. There are black people all over the world, citizens of every country, African-American would not apply to any of them just because the color of their skin is black... just saying.  -> Back to the hulk of the day, it is good to see diversity everywhere.   :)
