Should I worry?
« on: October 01, 2015, 07:47:49 pm »
I have about 6 different surveys that I'm completed in the last two days, but have not yet gotten credit for. I know it can take up to a week or two to credit. Should I keep doing them or wait until these credit before continuing?

Did it say at the end that you will get your credit momentarily?  Sometimes depending on the amount it can take a bit longer to get rewarded, but two days does seem long.

If you completed them, you should have gotten credit for them by now. You can contact support to see what they can do.

At the end of my surveys. They all said the green "Congratulations..." thing. I've had it happen where it's taken a week or so before, but things on this site change.

I would think you should have received credit by now.  I would put in a support ticket.  Surveys  usually credit pretty fast on FC.

I would suggest you put in a support ticket, two days seem a bit long to wait to be credited unless the surveys indicated that type of wait after completing.

While I haven't done a lot of surveys (I don't qualify often).  They either credit within a couple of minutes or a couple of hours if they are going to.

I have not had any luck with support tickets, they will just tell you that the survey provider probably rejected your answers (yes even after saying congratultion and you completed etc).  I went round with them just getting their canned responses when I was concerned of not getting credited on video or surveys after clicking on a video which redirected me to a different place,  I was concerned about a security/hack issue with the site and all they could do was tell me sometime your surveys don't count.

Doesn't encourage me to waste too much time trying to qualify for surveys.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but in the few years I've been on FC, I can't remember ONCE when it took a survey to credit more than a day (unless it was on a weekend, then it credited by that Monday).  Even the day is a pretty long time.  Completed surveys normally credit within minutes.  Since you've got so many you're waiting to be credited on, I think a Support Ticket is in order.

These were all FC Surveys...

Thank you all for the advice. I rarely open a ticket unless it's warranted...it seems I must this time around.

And I have had a few surveys take a while to credit, but I don't want to take any chances.

You should have gotten credit for all, if not most, of the surveys that you have taken.  As other members have suggested, I would open a support ticket and find out what the problem is, if there is a problem.

That's a bit long.  Did you record which survey companies they were?  Also, subject and day/time completed is good to record.  Due to the canned response that Fusion often provides, I once contacted two survey companies directly.  One did nothing; the other credited me the survey.

I get credit for those that are going to credit soon after completing them. I noticed today I got asked 10 minutes worth of candy questions then quota was filled and I got one cent. but ask support and more than once about those surveys that did not pay you.

You can inquire about it, but I don't think there is much recourse for this.  I completed a survey that congratuated me for completion and said, after my answers are reviewed it would be 4-6 weeks before I recieved my award.  Frankly, I doubt I will see that award.
