I am lactose intolerant.  I love milk and ice cream, but it doesn't love me.

i am allergic to dairy..so i use almond milk to make ice cream and in cereals...and in foods that require milk...they have some dairy free ice cream by so delicious...and it is too...just too expensive....my throat swells up with dairy so its a no go for me

I really have to limit my self on milk.  And I do really like my diary foods. But  Just limit it to a small amount. Ice milk ice cream bars can get me by with one small one  a few days apart.  The sad part about it is I never used to be. It just seemed to come up on me slowly.  Never bothered me when I was young and we had milk cows.  Nothing better then an ice cold glass of fresh milk. But this stuff we buy in stores is not near as good to drink. It seems to me like it has a lot of water added to it.

My brother is lactose intolerant. He use Lactaid. A milk that has enzymes that helps break down lactose

yep, lactose intolerant here too - but sneak in dairy despite same...

I know a person who is lactose intolerant. Not a big deal, she just has to take a pill when she ingests lactose.

   Cow's milk causes many allergies. Try other sources of milk.

I actually do not know of anyone with it. I know there are some alternatives though.
