why is my amount $9.98

they will send you a notice if some how you do you got some thing they had something not paid if you don't get one in a day or so go to get help and do a support ticket

Have you been only slowly accruing money and somehow went past the 180 days, so money is being taken away?

that could be the reason but that is so stupid you guys want your members to do this make you guys money but you take the money we made away makes no sense. Great site... Smh.

It could be the 180 day but also maybe some surveys took money back.  That has happened to all of us at one time or another.  Check your email and see if FC wrote you why, if there is no email, I would send a support ticket in.  Good luck!

If it was due to the 180 day lapse, the warning is included in the Terms of Service.  While it would be nice to get a reminder of upcoming 180 day expirations, they are pretty much covered by detailing it in the TOS.

Maybe some of your things you did for earning money expired or something??? Not sure, better email them and see why for sure.

I usually only do the Paid to click, Videos and few surveys daily email not enough surveys to take 8.00 dollars away

If you didn't receive an email send in a support ticket.  Almost anyone should be able to make $25 in 6 months so if that is the problem you need to be doing a lot more on here.

well 6nms is fine if you keep on here.i just got to 25.00 on pureprofile took forever maybe 2yrs yeah forver was able to cash out hope to get i a month or so.

Have you clicked on the tab that says "My Account" which shows a listing of Rewards, Status and Credit Date?  This area shows what posted to your account and whether or not the item was approved or not approved and deduction's from the account.  If looking at this area does not explain what happened to your money contact support for an explanation.  Hope this helps.
