Are you using an Ad Blocker?  If you are, try turning it off for the video page and refresh the page.  That might work.

I have plenty of surveys.  Don't usually fool with the tasks or the videos.

I too am sticking with the hypermx until things change but I remind myself that I got good surveys and videos a week ago.  I am hanging in there.

If you are using a mobile apple device, make sure tracking and cookis are enabled.
