ID verification

Hello I am fairly new to fusion cash and was preparing to cash out for the first time but I see that I still need to complete the telephone verification. I use a  prepaid services so I faxed my ID for verification along with the cover letter as instructed about 2 and half weeks ago. My question is about how long does it take to verify and update my account? Thanks for you time in answering my question.

I'm not quite sure how long it takes for FC to verify.  If you're concerned about it, I suggest you send in a Support Ticket asking the same.

I agree, send in a ticket and ask support. Hopefully it won't be much longer though. Welcome to Fusion!
