Video Engage is not crediting

I have done the video engage 2 times an it has not credited. Does any one have the same issue?

it did not credit for me and neither did the one listed on peanuts, but the staples flyer did credit.

I have many videos on my video page and can not always remember which videos credit or do not credit. I think that I can remember the Video Engage and that it is still on my page. My memory is that it did not credit for me and I gave up on it because there are too many videos that do credit.  I try to stick with the ones that I know credit.

Today, I got credit for the Staple Circular and Radio Shack Circular.  I love the Flip Circulars.  The Yahoo videos that you have to watch for a minute or so always credit for me but other members complain they do not credit for them.

I had a cruise line slide show that did not credit. I may try it again another time but I am kept busy with all the videos that are crediting.

I did Video Engage again and I did get credit for it. If this will help, you need to let it run for the whole time that is on the top, something like 90 plus seconds. The timer is at the top and I believe that it is to the right hand side. This is an advertisement.  After the timer stops, a short video will play. Let it finish and then get out of this offer.  See if it helps.

I have tried Video Engage 4 times this week.It has not credited for me at all.

I have tried it several different ways and never got credit for it.  I am going to try again using the suggestions.

Up on the top where the timer count down it will say close.  I found that I must use that first and let that finish (I usually get a message from my anti-virus popping up as well) before I close the window (with the X),  If I just close of the window no credit.

What is up with all these Videos not Crediting. Almost all the Videos are not Credit. Support  please check into all these Videos for us.

This one did credit but there are at times that it will not credit.

I received credit but just like another poster stated you have to let it play all the way through even though the timer runs out.
