Having trouble

I've been trying to do the offers and been getting this as a result

There was an error connecting you to Complete YourSurveys.

I am new to fusion cash but it seems like i cannot do anything else to earn, is it all dried up ? or am i missing a bunch of content somewhere ?

Candians have much less offers available to them than US users so it would be harder for you to earn in general

I wish I could help you with the tasks, but I just don't understand them.  I have tried several times and it seems like I am spending too much time for 1 penny.  Would rather do videos or try surveys.  Would love to know how they work though.
