I am on disability and I am not stupid. I have several chronic illness's. Not everyone who draws disability does so because they are lazy. I worked 2 jobs for 30 years before I became disable and staying home drawing a check that is half of what I would have drawed for retirement. I wish I could work.
No where did I say anything about anyone drawing disability. I said people who use any type of card and act too stupid to use the terminal.
I must be THE dumbest because I don't believe in credit cards or debit. when I use a GC, unless I can just give it to the cashier I get confused on which way to swipe it...BUT now I know what the cashier is REALLY thinking of me lol...that's ok, I know I'm not dumb or lazy haha
I still do not understand how you can get confused on how to swipe the card. smh. I just don't.
I share your frustration. Here we are paying for these people to live off our hard-earned money, and then they go and hold us up in line! Anyone acting that stupid to get attention needs to be put in a mental institution.
This week is a bad week in Walmart; being the first week of the month, all the welfare bums are out spending our money.
The situation that had me so upset was in a home improvement store.
I read this all wrong, I'm not on welfare...oops !!
This was never about welfare. It is about people who use any type of plastic card and act like they are too stupid to know how to use the terminal. It's not rocket science. You swipe it and then sigh if it is credit or debit. If it is a gift card you just swipe it. No pin. Nothing.
I can understand asking a question. But slapping it thru the area where the magic signing pen goes? Uh no. People are not that dumb. And if they are like somebody else just said - they need to be locked up. Def do not need to be driving a car.
If someone honestly needed help I would have no issue with helping them. But you can also tell when it is just an act to either annoy the cashier or to get attention.
