I hear you it gets so boring I try to play board games with mine but even that gets tiring after awhile

I'm not there yet, my little girl will be 5 months soon. But once she is running around I have planned lots of cool activities and hand made crafts to do together including bike rides and gobg out for walks and to the park. I know kids now a days are on laptops and iPads to jeep them busy but I would like to teach my girl to make things with her hands, read books more rather then watching cartoins often...

its very hard to keep kids these days from being bored --they dont know how to entertain themselves like my age group did growing up --plus with all the electronics things are just different

My son on most days, just stands around like there is nothing to do! He always wants to spend time with mom! Errrrrr! It wouldn't be so bad, but I home school while my husband works long hours, so he is always with me, other than when he goes to therapy sessions, but I am in the hall. So my computer time is limited...very. I usually give him painting books or activities to do. He loves music and movies and loves storyboards, so I try to make activities towards his favorite interests. I do limited TV time, which he will not watch (Yay!), but he loves Disney movies, so the limit on that is 2 hours of watch time, then the TV is off. Ask your children what their interests are, read to them and dance and act silly. I promise it will be in your favor because they will want to spend time with mom! Ha!

Good Luck!   :clover: :rainbow:

I try to play board games with the kids, to reduce screen time.
