I enjoy salad but I think I need more variety to be healthier and more interesting when I make them myself. It's easier if I go get one made at Panera or Saladworks or someplace like that

I don't eat salads that often but whenever I do I like just a simple lettuce and tomato salad with French dressing and topped with bacon bits.

I like to eat salad also.  I think it's good for your digestion.

Love all kinds of salad's. Caesar's salad with spinach, lettuce and caesars dressing is one of my favorites.   :)

I do salads alot.....so much easier than cooking a meal.  Some faves are taco salad (lettuce & whatever fave taco toppings, pinto beans) and I mix taco sauce with some 1000 Island for dressing and top with a few broken Beanitos chips.

I like getting the bags of pre-chopped coleslaw & adding tomatoes, cucumber, fresh jalapeno, garbanzos & cottage cheese for a salad (the bagged coleslaw keeps easier than the bagged lettuce mixes.)

The pre-bagged broccoli "slaw" makes a good salad too, avocado, sliced hard boiled egg,  chicken chunks and a dab of Food Club (Piggly Wiggly) bbq sauce mixed with some honey mustard dressing.  (That bbq sauce tastes so much like the dressing that came in the Walmart pre-packaged salads that they no longer carry in stores here.)
