I like to eat a variety of salads. they are just as filling as a regular meal.
I make my own at home every day.
I have seen fancier salads that public health figures make.

I enjoy salads, I just don't always have time to fix something fancy/creative other than a very basic salad.  But I am sure happy to eat salads

Wawa (sort of like a 7-11) sells the most bangin' Turkey BLT salad! I like it cause it fills me up with protein and keeps me full. I like to use either a Vinagrette dressing or Italian dressing on it. YUM!

I had a really great salad Friday night at Smokey Bones

Steak & Spinach Salad
A salad with serious sizzle. Top sirloin + baby spinach + red onions + bleu cheese crumbles + grilled portobello mushrooms + bacon crumbles + light bacon vinaigrette. S-s-s-s-s-satisfying.

I love a good salad.  I usually use Baby Spinach, then add fruit (usually some dried cranberries and Mandarin Oranges), walnuts, Mediterranean-style feta cheese, and top it off with my favorite salad dressing!  YUM!

I eat salad about twice a week .. I try to spice it up and put strawberries or mandarin oranges in it to make it tastier.

I like to eat a variety of salads. they are just as filling as a regular meal.
I make my own at home every day.
I have seen fancier salads that public health figures make.

I have been buying those salad mixes that come pre-packaged with all the little packets of tidbits and dressing. They are really easy to make and cheaper than buying all those ingredients. I do like making my own salad when I have the time and money. There are so many varieties now to choose from. BMaston12

I like salads a lot. I find that it is difficult to keep the ingredients fresh at home, and I like a lot of variety, so I don't have them that often.
