Why do stores put holiday things out two months early

They do that to get you thinking so that you spend your money. It is all about the money.

I was trying to figure out why Back to School sales were happening two weeks after school end in June.

Our Sam's has had the Halloween stuff out for a couple weeks already but they also have some of the Christmas stuff out too. IT'S  TO EARLY FOR THAT!

people who shop ahead of time really do not like waiting in long lines.

  Some people make a deal out of it and want to get started planning early. And it benefits the store of course.

SO they can sell their holiday products before the holiday passes  most importantly  it's  just easier to get it on the shelf's beforehand. And i think that's when  they get the products to sell to put on the shelf they have to sell so many.

I don't like it either; you can barely get through 1 holiday before another one is already being advertised.  You barely have time to enjoy the holidays as it is!

it's the same every year - they just can't wait to get your money!  I'm old fashioned and I like when they didn't rush the holidays as they do today.

There are some stores that already have Thanksgiving things up.  Some people say that they even saw Christmas stuff up also
