are you open minded or closed minded?

Are you an open minded person or a closed/conservative person when it comes to ideas that are outside your comfort? I tend to be an open minded person about a lot of things but i like to keep a balance between being open and closed.

More open than closed but there are some things in life that I will always be closed minded on.

I try to be open minded about most things, at least, I think I do! I know when I was younger I used to feel I was right all the time and everybody else was wrong. However, as I've grown older I realize there are two sides to every story, there is always another perspective and it's always worth giving someone the benefit of the doubt at least once. I've found that less is more sometimes and something I spout off all the time is........ least said soonest mended!

Can you be an open minded conservative?  I feel I have a little of both.  When you are of the older generation, it's easy to get stuck in the past.  So much of society and technology changes in just a few years.  My kids have taught me that I need to be open minded, and it makes life so much more enjoyable!

It all depends on the issue and the situation. There are all kinds of freaky things  out there and I'm totally not open-minded when it comes to weird things.
