Do you save plastic containers and lids?

I save all my containers. but then it seems like I can never find the right lid for the container when I get ready to use them. So I have 50 lids that don't fit anything! lol

i save my plastic containers. it comes in handy for taking left overs to work for lunch

yes I save them  after being in the dishwasher I throw them out

How about putting them in your recycling pickup instead of throwing them out

I save all the plastic containers and lids from butter and cool whip.  I have a drawer full of them.  They come in very handy when I want to store leftover food in the refrigerator.  It's a cheaper alternative to Tupperware.

my parents like to do that so they can reuse it.
i do it depending on the type of container and what i can use it for. lol

I do save them and reuse them.  I especially like the rectangular chinese food containers.  However, I am somewhat concerned about the type of plastic since it probably is not BPA free.  So I recently bought a set of assorted glass containers with BPA-free plastic tops that I store my leftovers in, and only use the plastic ones when I have to.
