table salt

there is regular table salt.
I like Himalayan salt.
Sea salt is nice too.

Himalayan and sea salt suppose to be healthier for you than regular table salt I've heard.

I use sea salt (very little) and a no salt alternative. I rarely will put a salt shaker on the table. Most of my family are not suppose to use regular salt and they are all so used to  eating food with no salt now. Most food you buy prepared or canned have way too much salt in them anyway. I prefer to buy  mostly frozen veggies or fresh because of the salt.

I like Iodized salt mainly because it doesn't clunk up. Sea Salt clunks up, but it's my most preferred salt to purchase

I hardly ever use regular table salt. If I'm cooking and want to add salt, I tend to use kosher salt or sea salt since they taste more while using less.
