Yes I like smoothies, but I never made one of my own though. I would like to start making them because they are good.

I like them and I just make my own. The one I'm making now is blueberry, kale, soy milk, and coconut oil. It's pretty good but the only downside is the very tiny bits of kale and blueberry skin that can get stuck in your teeth.

I love them but i am more likely to make them myself then buy them while out and and about this way i can control what is added into them and dont have to worry about all the added sugars.

I love Smoothies.  I haven't made one yet but, I do buy them sometimes and they are so good and healthy.  I plan to make some.... one day soon.
