Is there anyone that lives in the area where the convicts escaped?

Just saw on the news they think they might kniw where they are hiding, but in the next breath they said they have no idea.  Kind of scary.

I don't live in the area, but if I did I know we wouldn't leave the house.

Could possibly be in my state... I doubt they would be stupid enough to cause a scene when a manhunt is underway... Could wait until everything settles down... What I am more scared of, is that they quietly integrate to society and then continue their criminal lifestyle

I don't understand why anyone would help them.

No where near but following the story from afar. I think that, generally, the public roots for the underdog.  In this case two murderers perform a well thought out escape plan. The public loves the words "well thought out" and "brilliant" which pushes the opinion and sentiment in the direction of supporting the escapees.  The media is blasting us with those words as well as the "advanced" "professional" methods and tools used to prepare the escape route. We are not seeing much in the way of the loss the families feel every day due to the escapee's lack of respect for life...or gruesome details on how the committed the murders. If they had killed someone in my family I would hunt them down myself.

I don't live in the area.  I am following the story.  I hope the cons are apprehended without hurting or killing others.

I don't live at all near the impacted areas, but I still worry for people's safety.  I don't know what to think of the security person who went to the hospital during this time, but I hope there is a quick resolution to their findings before others are put in danger.

It really doesn't matter.  They are not still in the area.  They could be any where in the world by now.  Most likely they are not even still in the US.  They need to kill the B*tch that let them go.  But first they need to torture her until she tells them where they were headed.  You know she knows.

She only went to the hospital under the guise of a mental issue to try to save her own skin.  It's like anyone else who commits a crime.  They want to get out of it on a mental technicality.
