So I also belong to Inbox Dollars which I never had problems with them crediting me money. Usually the offers in the emails will say get $5 to make a purchase at this site or $8 at that site. So I made a purchase close to 30 days ago and expected $5. I chatted with them online making sure they see my purchase was made. This time around they were very vague and said they were sending it over for review. I asked nicely for a second time, "Can you see my purchase or not?", again the customer rep was vague and did not answer me. If I don't see the $5 within 2 days then I know I won't see that money. They used to be so good with responding and quickly crediting my account. My last cash out was a few months ago and it was for $245 ... not bad, but it took a while to make that! I mean, I hope I get credited and they don't pull any funny business or I will tell them where to go! lol

I also belong to Inbox dollars and only cash out like once per year b/c I disqualify for everything. Very frustrating...

belong to inbox dollars and send earnings which is very simular.i bought something at christmas time for 10.00 back and got it pretty fast.haven't bought anything since.good to know you are having problems so will probably not buy from them.hope it works out. takes me forever to cash out also.

That has to be very frustrating.  You buy something in good faith and expect to be rewarded for it.  Hope you get it, good luck and let us know how you make out.

InboxDollars changed their format with their spins on Billys wheel.Instead of accumulating the # of tickets you get towards their monthly prize you can now use those spins for daily and different types of cash prizes or awards.

Not that its any easier but i guess they felt it might generate more interest.

I have no interest trying to qualify for surveys.I click em on and get my spins fast and try to win the sweeps cash prizes.But i am sure after awhile of failure i wont make a daily habit of it.

Getting cash back shopping might be the best way to accumulate money on ID and doing their paid emails.Their referral program really stinks!!

sorry to hear you are having trouble --i just found this site about three to four days ago and i must say i have been very happy with how fast they are posting my rewards(money) i still have a lot i need to figure out about the site but have already made almost 20 dollars in this short time --i still think FC is the best tho!!!

I am a member also and agree that the crediting review is not like it used to be. My purchases never credit, so I always have to live chat after 30 days when nothing credits. Recently they told me that you have to follow up within 2 weeks of something not crediting after the 30 day period....  but so far, they have credited everything after reviewing, usually within a week.

Yeah, it took me a long time to accumulate that much! LOL! I also logged onto Inbox Dollars tonight and they credited me the $5 bucks! woo-hoo!! Thanks everyone!

I belong to that site as well.  Have not done anything on it in a long time.  I have noticed lately when you speak with customer service there is a 99% chance you are talking to someone in India and they have no clue what you are even talking about.  I spoke with one of them yesterday and was so mad I could spit nails.  All the idiot would do is repeat the same line over and over and when I asked a different question I got the same answer.  I will give it a couple of days for the issue to be resolved (not a site like this one) and then I am calling back and going to demand to be transferred to an AMERICAN CALL CENTER!

I belong to Inbox Dollars but haven't done anything with it for over a year.  I guess I should check into it again as I can't remember if I had any money in my account.
