   The diet soda article is right. Diet soda is worse than regular soda. I had a friend who was trying to lose weight by drinking diet soda. And guess what? She gained more weight. Sodas are bad in general. Try other healthier options. Iced tea-low or no sugar or vitamin water.

Diet soda is worse than regular BUT soda is just bad for you period! I stopped drinking soda over 3 yrs ago and lost over 50 lbs! It bloats you up and gives you empty calories and too much sugars. Keep it clean and stick with water and occasionally iced tea. :)

All pop is very unhealthy. Carbonated sodas actually inhibit your body from absorbing calcium for strong bones. BUT....if you HAVE to drink it, regular is SOOO much better than diet!

Switch to soda sweetened with stevia like Zevia or Blue Sky Zero. Coca-Cola Life has stevia and cane sugar and shouldn't do you any severe harm.

Actually I have never read anything real negative about diet soda. There is no sugar in it, remember that. And my Endocrinologist told me there is no major health risk with drinking diet soda. Like anything else, you shouldn't over do it.

I mainly drink water anymore. I will have about 8oz. coffee in the morning and once in a while a glass of ice tea. It is not a lot because I fill the glass full of ice.  I will also drink a glass of tea when we go to eat out, also filed with ice. The colder the better. But as I said I mostly drink iced water. Much better for us.

I rarely drink sodas and when I do it is diet, but at this point I drink so infrequently that I am probably not going to stress over it to much.
