I try to buy fresh fruits and vegetable as often as I can, but sometimes I buy frozen to save money. Canned vegetables are on the bottom of the totem pole, however I do like canned tomatoes.

Usually only fresh, organic vegetables are the ones I use.  The only time I buy frozen is if I can't find the fresh.

I do, and I consider frozen veggies fresh too... they are the same as regular vegetables, just frozen to last longer. It's just as healthy.

If you are going to use canned vegetables..."rinse them with lots of warm water to remove excess salt". It really makes the difference. Canned vegetables have extra salt because of storage preservation.

I love using fresh vegetables, especially ones from the garden.

Oh yes! We use fresh vegetables at every dinner we make. At least have a salad made from cherry tomatoes, cukes, celery, green pepper, carrots, snow peas, etc. but also almost always have a cooked fresh veggie too like broccoli or cauliflower. We are trying to cut down on carbs altogether and replace them with fresh veggies.

I use fresh vegetables 99% of the time.  They taste better without all the stuff canned veggies have in them to preserve the veggies.

Oh yes, as fresh as possible.  And as organic is possible.  After serious health problems I truly believe this is a huge part of allowing myself to keep living.

I've been adding more fresh veggies to my meals.  I'm starting to crave them.  I grow a garden in my little back yard with tomatoes, peppers, squash, eggplant, watermelon and herbs.  I'd love to grow more, but I don't have the space here.

I love fresh veggies but frozen works too.  Canned vegeis can help streach a meal when there is little time.
