Have the Promotions expired?

I was just wondering has anyone else received credit for these Promotions?  It has been over a month (actually about 2 months since I became a fan on Facebook) and I have not received credit for either one.

Do I need to open a ticket for support or do I need to continue to be patient?  I was just wondering if anyone else had any advice.  I love FC!!!!!

I have now received both payments.  I think that the administrators are just swamped with work.  Sorry for every doubting you guys.

I STILL haven't gotten my Facebook credit. But I'll continue to wait.

I received my Facebook credit about 3 weeks after and my payment credit about 2 months later.
