I always felt he got shafted when he didn't get the Tonight Show gig but I'm glad he stamped out his own way. It was an enjoyable send off. I really loved his last Top 10 list.

I always flipped around to see who had guests I wanted to see.  I did like Letterman and Leno both a lot.  I will miss him.  The guy who is replacing Craig Ferguson so far seems pretty entertaining.

Johnny Carson reruns?  The topic was about Letterman.  Funny story my mom and dad saw him in NY at the Copa and my mom wanted Carson's autograph and then Carson ask my dad if he wanted one and my dad replied "No you want mine"  Carson was a phony and a louse, just ask all his ex wives.

He doesn't need to win any popularity contests to please me, he was FUNNY and that's all I came for.

I missed his last show. Bummer. But I feel old now. I remember when David Letterman started his show back in the day. Wow, it has been many years. Where did that time go?
