Do you drink enough water a day?

I think I do.  When I'm working I drink two liters a day.  At home I might drink a little less but I try to drink as much.  This is in addition to tea.

I hear all the time that I don't drink enough water, but it hasn't hurt me. I'm sticking with koolaid

I'm just getting back on track drinking water. I wish I can get water delivered from Culligan, but I don't know if I can afford it right now (I'm on a budget.)

I really do not keep a track of how much water i drank, must be drinking a good amount as I have to go pee like every one hr or so

well no i don't, i drink to much coffee and tea .Somedays i'll drick a couple glasses but there has been some talk abiout we don't need to drink 6-8 glasses a day.I have go to the bathroom enough already need to go now but will drink water after.

It's the total amount of water consumed that's important including plain water, that from other beverages and from food. Of course plain water is better than juice and soda but it counts

I probably drink close to a gallon a day. I have a 24 oz water bottle that I refill throughout the day.I try for a bottle a meal, one while exercising and sip the rest of the day

I also drink a glass of Green Tea a day. I don't know if that counts since it's not plain water.

I dont, but I do try my best, I gave up sugary drinks and sodas about a year ago and do not regretted.  I drink green tea at least 2 cups a day and I drink about 2 to 2 1/2 bottles of 16 oz of water and my doctors says is not enough but that is about how much I can stand and going to the bathroom as much as I go.

i have 2 cups of  hot tea in the morning,,,,   and a 32 oz bottle of water during the day.  when I'm in dance class I drink a bottle of water also.  probably still not enough but gezzzz i hate running to the bathroom  to get rid of all the water  lol

I hardly drink enough water throughout the day...I try to but sometimes I forget to bring my water bottle or just only drink some water and not finish it.

Including my coffee, I usually get around 8 cups a day.

I am not a big fan of water ... so my answer is No I do not drink enough water.  But I am trying to drink more .. found Propel fitness water packets that add flavor to the water .. yummy .. I think I will now be able to get my required amount of water
