Happy happy birthday. To the love of my life my hubby of seven years today he turned 42 years old an is still fabulous as the day i met him so im sitting here thinking of something very special to do an buy for him if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to share

I usually buy my husband a shirt if he likes an actor or a comedian with their autograph on it.Last time i got an Ipod touch because he needed  one.We can not afford a lot and my husband is in 40's too.We prefer to save money for a trip in Europe once in a while,so on Christmas time Santa doesn't visit us every year.

I look for clues all during the year for what to get my husband for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas. I notice what he is interested in and if he makes a passing comment about a book he'd like to read, etc.  After 48 years together, it's a challenge to get him something special that he doesn't already have. (You could frame him a copy of this thread???)  Happy Birthday mnichols4 hubby's Birthday!!!

Give him a coupon that says you'll pamper him the entire day, or in your case yesterday since that's when you posted. 

He can then dream up things to his heart's desire and be happy as a lark. Be prepared though. It's a dangerous proposition for some.
