Are you able to fall asleep easily at night?

I sometimes find it hard to fall asleep. I hate when that happens.

Usually yes, but there are some nights I can't fall asleep or even stay asleep for that matter.

I can usually fall asleep within 5-10 minutes. My wife cannot and needs sleeping pills to aid her.

Most of the time I don't.  Rarely I will have something on my mind that makes it hard for me to go to sleep.  When that happens I will just watch tv until I fall asleep.

It seems like I can fall asleep easily when I don't need to wake up early the next day. But anytime I actually need to fall asleep I never can. Lol. Figures.

I use to be able to fall asleep easily, but now it is half and half . So sometimes I take
Sleeping vitamin to help me sleep.😌😪💤💤💤
