I find swordfish to be a bit chewy but good.

Once, when I was a teenager. I was at my boyfriend's house and his mom said we were having baked swordfish, and I didn't want to be rude, but thought "oh my god, how am I going to eat this?!". Much to my surprise, it was actually delicious!

I haven't had it in a while but have found it very tasty. I used to bake it with A1 on top.

Yes, I like swordfish.  We don't have it too often because of the price.
Have a wonderful day!

I've had crab, shrimp, oysters, clams and calamari, but I never tasted swordfish nor lobster...I can't believe I never had lobster.

I have had it once when I went to Ca. and found it to be very good. I would rather have seafood the fresh fish out of the lakes and rivers.  To me it has a sweeter flavor and firmer flesh. Really like shell fish but not when it has been setting the freeaer too long. Fresh right out of the ocean is the  best.

I am not much of a fish eater. I have no desire to even try swordfish. Tuna and shrimp are the only fish things I can seem to tolerate :rainbow: :rainbow: :rose:
