Great! 503 Service Unavailable when I was doing PTC

I did my 4 items and the sponsor item, was at the point where I clicked on the coupon center but it didn't go anywhere. I tried a couple times but it didn't happen.

Then I got this message:

503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I just logged on again and went to PTC. Looks like I have to do it all over again. NOT fair!

I have never had that happen but when I was doing the videos after the paid to click on my 5th video it took a long time to cycle so when it finally did, I just went to another site and came back to FC later..

Yes , I have gone all the way through the paid to click. and it froze up when I got to "opinion outpost"!   Had to start all over again , UGG!

Oh that is so annoying.  I had something happen to me recently when I was trying to complete a survey; when I answered a question and clicked to the next page, I got a blank screen making it look like I was booted off line.  When I tried another survey and the same thing happened, I just refreshed the page and, VOILA, the next page of the survey came up and I was then able to complete it. 

If your computer freezes or otherwise doesn't let you continue, at that point maybe try to refresh the page and see what happens.  I probably won't hurt since you would have to start all over again anyway.

My computer didn't freeze up, it was the site itself. I put a ticket in but haven't heard anything yet. They probably just closed the ticket without answering. I'll have to check.

I don't think that's a support ticket issue, like you said you just have to do it again. It stinks but it's just two and a half minutes.

That's why it's a pain. When the WHOLE SITE GOES DOWN, not just a section but the whole site, we shouldn't have to duplicate our work. It takes time to do everything on here and when the site goes down, it's not our fault and takes away from a daily schedule.
