Do you have a Smart TV?

I have seen them advertised for a lot more money than regular flat screen TV's and wondered why people would buy one when you can get an Android box to turn any TV into a smart one for less than $100? I got one recently and now can run all kinds of apps from a wireless keyboard and mouse on my TV set. I can even surf the Internet right from my couch on the big screen.

No Smart TV for me, just HD but I recently bought a Blue Ray that has the availability to connect wi-fi and has options for Netflix, Pandora and other stuff.  But I do not think I will waste my $$ on an Smart TV for now

I think if your "old" TV should stop working, then it would be a good time to invest in a "smart TV" but, to just buy one for the hell of  it - no, I wouldn't.

Yes, I have a smart tv in my office. Smart Tv make it neater & less remotes. 

You can get more options, channels, etc... on the rulu & apple tv though.

My relative has a 50" HD Smart TV hanging in his outdoor living space, in that situation there is no place to put a box, as the TV is just hanging on the wall.   So maybe it would be best to those who hang it on walls.

I have a smart TV mostly because I was tired on hooking up extra devices. I love what it can do. Plus, I got mine for free thanks to making money on sites like FusionCash.

Nope I do not have a smart tv I still have those big ones not a flat screen.

I don't own a smart phone or a smart TV.  I'm pretty content using my laptop, with a basic cell phone and I'm still using an analog TV.  I have a digital converter and a pretty good indoor antenna so I get enough TV channels.  I guess I'm "old school".

I have a Digital antenna on my roof so i get a lot of channels for free,i have a digital TV so if i want to watch anything off my computer i just plug my laptop into my TV with a HDMI cable which cost me about 10 buks.

I have a SmartTV but it was not because of a conscious decision. I bought it mostly for the cheaper price at the time. I have had this television for approximately two years, and I still haven't explored the potential that this device has. I am way too busy to do so, unfortunately.

My brother bought a chromecast and I didn't realize how much we would use it! Great alongside Netflix on a tablet.
