What does off topic mean?

This is my first day posting in the forum I made two replies and I got a message that said off topic. One of the post was a response to the questions what are you listening to? I posted a response that I was listening to Neon by John Mayer. My question is how is that off topic. I hope I am not wasting my time here.

I am not one of the highest money makers on here for sure. I only do free offers and it is just a side thing for me that I really just signed up because I could not sleep at night and was bored and it turned into a good thing

But my advice is just jump in there and start doing the offers. I have learned so much from reading the forum posts everyday. Make sure your browser is set to accept third party cookies and clear your cookies in between offers. Referrals seems to be how to make the most out of FC, but I don't have a lot of connections so I only have a couple.
