Actually, no it is not.  I actually just now figured out what the OP was trying to say.   I swear sometimes I think people are on drugs when they post comments online.  Between misspelled words, bad grammar, and posting in the middle of a thought and not giving all the info to the others on the boards there are times it is almost impossible to figure out what somebody is trying to say.  Although I do know what they are talking about now the OP question still makes no sense as it is posted.

Welcome.  This really is a friendly forum.  
Sometimes people do post awkwardly worded, rather cryptic messages though.   We're a diverse group from all over covering a variety of cultures so what's obvious to one person may not be to another. 

FC does in fact monitor the forum and check the posts.   
People who break the rules can be blocked from the forum, especially if they bully other members.
You need 30 quality posts for credit.  It's best to err in the direction of caution.  One word posts are usually inadequate.  It's best to use full sentences and write complete thoughts.  It's a conversation. 
Referral links to your other money making endeavors are not allowed.  :money mouth:
Links to information sources may be fine, but don't cheat, it's not worth getting in trouble. 
Checking the posts is why it takes so long to get credited for them.

Your question could be interpreted as does FC only look at the message IDs, do they only look at those 3 messages that you submit, or do they read ALL of your messages.

Again, "I am new, do fusion cash read 3 Messages ID?" interpreted 3 Messages ID that I submitted, it's in the question, not very hard to understand. 3 people got it and 2 people did not like yourself and 1 assuming I would something out of line "I agree the original post makes absolutely no sense.  And why would you even ask if they read the posts?  What would it matter?  Unless you are planning to do something you shouldn't.  I am sure the posts are monitored.  And every post has the option to be reported to the moderator." Actually MOST people did not get it.  "3 message ID"  makes NO sense.  New or not.  Like someone else said a lot of people seem to try to encrypt their posts.  Not just on this site but other public forums as well.   Even after grasping what you are trying to ask the question still seems odd.  But that is beside the point.  And NO my comment was no "out of line".  No more than your attacking everyone who did not understand what you are asking.  Seems to me that to be new you aren't getting off to a good start in the forums. 

The "Message ID" is the number above the post.  NO, I doubt they read those numbers.  Would be no point in doing so.  The posts that you submit for the forum bonus - yes most likely they look at those or at least some of them randomly.  There is a moderator and I assume that most posts are read and monitored.

You need to have 30 forum post to even allow for forum bonus. The three message id is to display that you are active with the forum and not just fake responding to fill out the 30 forum post quota

yes they check i don't know if it is everyone but they do check them just remember to do what you can like the post the videos cash emails and the ones that pay are the surveys to what you can there is money to be made good luck don't give up

A simple question perhaps, but not presented in a simple manner.
The sentence structure leaves one to question what exactly are you talking about, I had to read it a couple times to finally "get" what you are asking.  I figure that you are asking if Fusion Cash reads your 3 message submission ID when you are filling out your Forum Posting Bonus Request- I would assume they do in fact look at it to see if you are posing more than 'yes' / 'no' answers, which is part of the requirements for getting the posting - engaging in active conversations that add to the discussion.   Just pick 3 submissions ID that contribute some substance to the conversation.
