LOL...if SHE was acting, then she should get an academy award. Are you saying that, in the US, telling people you believe in God gets you weird looks and gets you ostracized?  

That's *bleep* backwards if that's what you're saying.  Just plain factually incorrect.  Why would someone get bad looks for saying that in a country of 70+% Christian?  They wouldn't.

If this isn't what you're saying, could you explain what you're trying to say more?


On the rest of what you said: It isn't anybody's business, and if everybody kept quiet and kept it out of the lives of other and out of politics, it wouldn't be a problem.  Except people are incapable of keeping beliefs like this to themselves when they're given the freedom to speak it.  Thus, it becomes other people's business.  And this is where we end up.

There's also the issue of intellectual honesty.  There's also the issue of whether teaching your children that there are, undoubtedly, demons that run around causing evil is right or wrong as a parent.

A recent Poll Showed that a majority of fathers would rather their daughter married a Muslim then an Atheist....

The President is even supposed to swear on the Bible which wasn't instituted until the 50s...during the Red Scare to try and separate the United States From Godless Commies.....

But The U.S is supposed to Be Secular....How can we separate Church From State if Our own Presidents won't stand up to it?

Hi, I know demonds are real, but NOT like most people think!  Satan comes to us in our thoughs with temptation or puts suggestions in our minds. TO say things to people that might hurt them that WE DON"T mean!  Have you heard of the expression, " if just came out"  Satan is very sly!!!  He is NOT a pitchfork and horns like he wants people to think.  I am a christian and have had the demons cast out and I don't want to have any thing to do with him and his recruiters.  Satin is VERY REAL!!!  IF we talk positive, say kind and positive words to others it weekends his effect on people.

As for your last sentence:

Concerns over offending people's religious beliefs is not an important concern.  We're not concerned about offending political views, social views, choice of clothes, and so on...we do it on a whim constantly.  

Speak as much as you want; suppression of freedom of speech because of people "being offended" isn't something that should be accepted.  There's a reason being an atheist in the US gets you weird looks, as you say.  There's a reason Dutch cartoonists and newspaper editors had to go into hiding with full fledged security for fear of their lives.  People are too concerned with kindness and not offending people over trivial subjects that it has imposed on our past avid support of freedom.
