I think a lot of the things this article says are bad are in the seasoning pack.  I "never" use the seasoning pack but cook the noodles and ate seasoning from my cupboard.

I love ramen, but I don't eat it very often. I'm hesitant reading the article, but I figure if I don't indulge too often with ramen I should be fine. I can always mix with healthier things when I do eat it. Nowadays, I do eat udon moreso.

Ive eaten Ramen for years, since I was a kid and I still love it.    Ya never know what is in food these days anyways.

Yes I like Ramen but I only eat it when I have a taste for it, or when I don't know what I want to eat.
