this survey once me to change my answer to only one and will not let me

Ive been in this survey with tons and tons of alcohol questions. now it had a long long long list of drinks on this page and had columns making me think to chose one from each colum but now it says change it to only one in all the colums. AND IT WONT LET ME ERASE anything or wont tell me how to remove previously checked that they want unchecked but wont allow me to erase or back space.
so conveintly I have answered 25 minutes of alcohol questions and in my 60 years of experience know a lot about all these specifics they have asked.
does anyone know how to uncheck a checked box so I can move on and get some credit for this survey cause if I don't I think this is it for this place and me. this is to much work. and it would be easy if there was a person in a box to help me out here or a support person that would help me out here. but no. not of FC. they just want you to do entire surveys so they can put it in the done survey stack for what they get paid for.

I know just how you feel since I've experienced similar problems.  Makes me want one of the drinks listed so as to take the edge off.  LOL. 

Did you, by any chance, get a survey ID number for this particular questionnaire?  It's so easy, at least for me, to forget to at least jot down the ID number in case I run into a problem. 

Then maybe you could shoot an email to support and let them know what's going on.  Sometimes surveys do run into a glitch.  I got caught up in a loop during one last week and could not get out of it.  I ended up closing it down and tried again later.   

In short, unfortunately I don't know how to uncheck a checked box when it's stuck like that. 

I'm sorry you had to go through this but rest assured that I and many other survey takers experience similar things.  The good news is that right around the cyber corner is another survey just for you that you will be able to complete, have fun with AND get credit for.

I finally figured it out. that was a survey that took a lot of work. I answered it very well I though. I actually knew more about my self. I went on parties from in my 20s in new mexico mostly to answer the questions. If it was actually good pay and easy to figure out how to use the buttons when they tell you you checked to many. I would have really enjoyed the survey. but I got 35cents from peanuts and didn't expect anything so Im set up to come in and do the good old PTC now and I think after this survey I might need a drink! thanks for listening belynjjua!

My pleasure.  I'm glad it worked out.  Surveys can be tricky at times.  I've done some that left me scratching my head - ' what just happened here? ' One word ; glitch.
