Selfies

It seems like today with the cellphones that take pictures/videos people tend to take "selfies."  Do you take pictures of yourself ("selfie?")

I have once or twice like when I had a new hair cut and wanted to send a pic to my cousin.  Most people are too stupid to take a pic for you so if you want it done right just do it yourself.

I very rarely take selfies. When the mood does strike me people are always surprised to see a new picture of me. I just feel silly taking them.

I do not take selfies.  I see them all the time on Facebook, but I feel it is just another way of feeding into the self-centeredness of today's young people.  Maybe they think it's creative, but I think it's a waste of time.  Taking some now and then would be okay, in my opinion, but I think it has become an obsession for some people.

Same here. I have a cousin who won't stop taking pics. She also tried to get me in the picture and I'm like NO I HATE TAKING PICS.

Very rarely do I really take selfies. I like taking pictures of others and the environment around than just of myself. I'm a bit tired of people obsessed with selfies and I am not crazy about the selfie stick I'm begun seeing more often.

no, I don't....but I have several friends that update their selfies a few times a day, seriously.

No, I don't see the point. Even when I buy a phone with a better camera I still won't do it. The only way I would take one is if there are others in the picture with me, but I would never take one of just me.

Yes, I love taking selfies with my son but I don't put them on Facebook.
