You could always post to a buy nothing account on face book . State that you are looking for a car and you might get help. On face book type in buy nothing and your city. There is a buy nothing group for every city..

You may be able to qualify for a used vehicle.  Payments are quite low.  I would suggest checking out vehicles for change.

You do not have to "qualify" for a "used vehicle".  Go to a car lot and buy a used vehicle.  They will sell to anybody who has money.

I would say that guy doesn't even answer his phone.  I am sure he was hit up for so much money from people all over the place that it is pathetic.  I will assume you are joking but honestly I think it is pathetic that when somebody comes into a bunch of money at all the leeches that come out of the wood work begging for a hand out.

i'm sorry for your tough time. i'm in a similar situation too. i'm still trying to come up with a solution for it. i have bad credit as well. and i don't make enough to afford one. lol!

my last resort is a place called either drive time or auto connection where it's like $1.00 down but the car will cost like double or triple once i get done paying.

what if you pay more than the monthly payments, would you still end up paying triple the amount?

Yeah he doesn't answer his phone  Why have one, hey why have a job if he got all that money he didn't earn but people gave to him  So maybe some people could help this person out or maybe he can pay it forward to her duh

dont know your situation but i know that they have several places that do zero money down or you could always try car hop it doesnt sound like your car has much time.   you could try a go fund me account a lot of people do it for the medical bills and the like.
