nowadays, more people figure things out. natural and organic remedies abound. People are turning to solutions that have worked for thousands of years.

I had a minor surgical procedure. There was redness at the base of the tight bandage. After the bandage was removed and changed to a clean one, I took some apple cider vinegar and sovereign silver before bed. In the morning, all clear. It makes sense to me that when there is a tight bandage on, there will be redness.

Things make sense when you think a bit. My mom used to say "use your noggin."

Good for you, Gerianne.  I am all about natural cures. Apple cider vinegar and baking soda have about a gabillion uses. And there are many more if you take the time to scout them out.

I have heard more than once about the benefits of apple cider vinegar.I happen to love regular vinegar in my salads and other food.

I also believe in lots of natural products to use.I have seen in myself the difference in taking pro-biotics building up the immune system.I am not big on drugs even tho i know time to time you do need them as medicine.

I believe everyone is intelligent in their own way; even if, they occasionally forget to use good judgement.

I'm also very resourceful and I'm a survivor.  It's important that we learn how to help ourselves so we can each feel confident and empowered in our lives.

I am not smarter than people around me,for sure.The only difference is that my first language is not English and i bring my traditional therapy and food into this family.

I hadn't thought much about it, but I do surprise myself all the time, when things just seem to fall into place. I know that's not by accident.
