Has any one ever had a crazy.....

One night I had a dream that someone was trying to kill me. And I was running as fast as I could but it seems like the faster I ran the closer he got behind me.It was as if I was running in place. And then all of a sudden we were standing at the edge of a cliff and he pushed me.............and as I was falling I could feel my heart beating really fast as if it was really real and then just when I thought that I was about to hit the ground I jumped up out of my sleep......that dream was scary.....very nerve wrecking......IT ALMOST SEEM REAL.


HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A DREAM LIKE THIS???

I had a recurring dream very much like that. I had the same dream over and over off and on for like 2 or 3 years when I was a child.

I had a dream once that I was shot in the shoulder with an arrow and then woke up with a start and my shoulder really ached!! FREAKY!

oh yes, i've had quite a few crazy dreams
(that i can remember) where i'm being chased.
the good thing is, i never run out of breath, but
the worst thing is, my screams are never heard.

i usually have some horrific nightmares where i'm
sacrificing children   a lot of murdery dreams where
i'm the culprit.

...i'm totally convinced that i was in a past life.
this odd guilt looms over me when i wake up and
sticks with me all day, after dreams like that.

It is possible that you had the pain in your shoulder and you incorporated it into your dream. That happens allot with sounds that you hear.

oh yeah Ive had a lot of very vivid crazy dreams. Thats part of the reason i have insomnia

I had a nightmare once where a guy's head exploded right in front of me. I've also had dreams of flying very low to the ground. I'm always afraid I'll hit something. Then next thing I know I'm soaring up in the clouds.

hmmm good point, I don't remember specifically, but that could definitely be and I just remembered it the other way around.

i had an ex try to break into my house thru my window a few years ago
i was home, asleep next to the window
so thats a recurring dream
and also why i sleep with a 9mm in the open drawer next to me

I used to have a dream over and over when I was just out living on my own.  I don't remember all of it, but I know that it was one when I had as a child.  It was something about some kind of monster chaising me and my friends around, as long as we weren't on the ground we were safe.  We went from a playground to inside the house, it was really weird.

I get those dreams too.  Get the book called Field Guide to Dreams.   They interpret both Freud's and Jungs perspective.  Freud's perspective on being chased per Author is that you might be having a sexual wish where you really want to be caught.  Jung's perspective is that you are afraid to confront your fears or identifying your persuant.  The book is basic.  I like it.

I had dreams that I feel like I'm not looking down when I'm near a curve and when I step I fall down.  This is when I physically pick up my leg but I don't wake up.  I've had dreams being chased around a Center Square with lots of people, but in my dreams, I'm always with an unknown best friend that is holding my hand while running.

I also remember having this dream where I was dreaming that I was dreaming....get it??...like when I though I was awaking from the nightmare...it's still a dream.... then I try to wake myself up and I think that I'm finally up and it feels real but then all of a sudden something will happen to let you know that you're still in a dream...it was crazy and very exhausting....imagine the anxiety that I had when I finally did wake up and was tripping on the fact if I was really up or not...that was crazy....
Maybe these wierd dreams were trying to say something about my life or something???....idk....but it is crazy!!

my mom passed away a few years ago, and i will have a dream about her that will be so real ,, and i will wake up, and i will try to go back to sleep so i can go on with the dream,, sometimes dreams are so nice..

Crazy dreams? Don't get me started on the list of things I've dreamed. Heck, I'm currently using one that I had a couple of months ago to write a psychological horror story! This is what happened: I dreamt that the day was an ordinary Sunday. Did the stuff that I normally do, then went to go to bed that night, when I was brutally murdered. Rather than wake up in reality, I woke up in another layer of the dream. It was the same thing, but on Monday. This cycle repeated itself for a full dream week, then I finally woke up for real. Needless to say, I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or not (not a good thing...I take stupid and unnecessary risks in dreams. Not sure why.), and I didn't sleep for 2 days after that.
