do you eat cornbeef and cabbage

I have tried this dish several times before and I really like it. I did not make it though. My boyfriend's aunt made it and i enjoyed it very much. Although if I make it I would rather bake corn beef after boiling it, corn beef turns out more tender and soft that way.

I used to eat corned beef back in the old days when I ate beef. I always liked it.  In honor of the dish for St. Patrick's Day this year, we cooked cabbage and carrots and onions together minus the beef.  Still a delicious meal along with potatoes and grilled tuna!

We love corned beef and cabbage.  You have to have the potatoes and carrots with it too!  It is expensive this year, but in the last couple of months I cannot believe how much everything has gone up (eggs are unbelievable!).  I always get a few when they are on sale, right after St Patrick's Day.

I never heard of this meal.  But it sound great, I would try it sometime.

I absolutely love corned beef and cabbage!
I cook the corned beef in the pressure cooker, and when it's done, take the corned beef out of the pot, add the cabbage and cook til it's done.

My church had a dinner.  So I bought one to eat there and one to eat at home.  I love it and it's about the only time of year I eat it.
