I used to snore almost every night according to my wife. My overweight caused the problem. Ever since I lost 22 pounds, I stopped snoring in the middle of the night, according to my wife.

Get a sleep study done. Sleep apnea's a scary thing.

I snore really loudly and sometimes it concerns me because my dad has sleep apnea. I haven't really gone to the doctor to check it out. :( I should.

Nope, but I was told that I talk in my sleep. I think I do snore though when I'm sick and super tired.
